Return and Exchange Policy

At NOCOB, we strive to provide our valued customers with high-quality disposable
gloves. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return or
exchange products, and we are here to assist you with the process. Please take a
moment to review our return policy:


Returns for Full Cases
We accept returns of full cases of disposable gloves within 30 days from the date
of purchase, subject to approval.


Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return of full cases, the following conditions must be met:
1. Approval: You must obtain approval from our customer service team before
initiating a return by contacting sales@nocob.ca.
2. Valid Reason: The return must be accompanied by a valid reason for the return.
Valid reasons may include, but are not limited to, product defects or shipping
errors on our part.


Final Sale Items
For merchandise that we designate as "final sale" or "end of SKU life," we will
clearly indicate this status on the product listing. Please note that no returns will
be accepted for items marked as final sale.


Initiating a Return
If you meet the criteria for a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Contact our customer service team at sales@nocob.ca to
request a return authorization.
2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization
number and instructions for the return process.

3. Packaging: Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and in a
resalable condition.
4. Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided in the return authorization
instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the
return is due to a product defect or a mistake on our part.
5. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will
process your refund or exchange, as appropriate, in a timely manner.
